For two weeks each year, thousands of people across the UK come together to share the stories of the people who grow the materials for our basic commodities, from our food to the cotton in our clothes.
Fairtrade Fortnight is an annual promotional campaign which happens once every year at the end of February and start of March. It’s organized and funded by the Fairtrade Foundation to increase awareness of Fairtrade products and the people who produce them – people who are often exploited and underpaid.

Fairtrade Fortnight in Ludlow
The Ludlow Fairtrade Town Group organise a series of local activities and displays every year to promote the wider Fairtrade Fortnight campaign encourage the purchase of Fairtrade products from local stockists.
We are doing things differently for the 2021 campaign. We can’t organise our own events due to the Covid-19 restrictions, but that’s not to say there’s not a lot going on!
